• Up to 3 corsages,3 boutonnières, 3 bouquets plus a tossing bouquet

• Champagne flutes
• Cake and knife server
• Bottle of sparkling juice or Champagne, chilled and ready for toasting, groom’s cake
• All linens (tablecloths, napkins, table runners, aisle runner)
• Rustic decor
• Sitting area with rocking chairs and willow chairs
• Fire pit, barrels, burlap dividers, hay bales, big round hay bale backdrop or vintage hinged door backdrop, big round hay bale fence
• Yard games ( corn hole, ladder toss etc.)

We provide everything you will need for your wedding and set it up and tear it down.
It does not include food, alcohol, dj or, photography.
Cimarron Fields does do onsite catering and bar tender services. We have preferred vendors we can arrange for photography, DJ, hair & makeup.
All dates are on a first come, first serve basis, with a paid, non-refundable $500 deposit and signed contract.
Rehearsal dates are generally the Thursday before unless we have a booked event and then we schedule sometime during the week. Booked events take precedence over rehearsal practices.
We also do rehearsal dinners if you are interested. This requires a separate contract as does any type of catering. We allow outside catering for an outside catering fee of $150.00 plus tax. We also allow you to bring your own alcohol (beer/wine) but must use our bar tender services at $50 per hour.
