Cancellation Policy: All Members of WorkSpace rules Cancellation of meeting room bookings must be made at least one hour before the reservation start time. Cancellations with additional services added may not be refundable. Once canceled, you will receive a confirmation email. Non-Members of WorkSpace rules Cancellation of meeting room and workspace bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the reservation start time. Cancellation of on-the-day reservations has a window of five minutes from confirming the booking. Cancellations that fall outside of these times may not be refundable. Once canceled, you will receive a confirmation email. Method of Payment: We accept payment for the balance of the package via credit card, or invoice. Credit card payments can be processed securely online or over the phone. Invoices should be made payable to WorkSpace Provision Co Invoices will be provided upon request and are payable within 30 days of receipt. Payment Due Date: The balance of the package is due no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event date. Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation.
