Payment
50% Deposit required to guarantee date & time, balance is due 30 days from event date. Full payment is due at time of booking when booked within 30 days or your event. NOTE: Date/time slot and engagements are not confirmed until a proposal is signed and faxed back to 651.454.1452 and payment is received. Two-hour minimum for ALL engagements.
Games2U Refund Policy
Payment in full is due prior to the event less any deposit monies received. If a party is canceled 21 or more days prior to the party date, a full refund will be issued. If the party is canceled fewer than 21 days prior to the party date, you are not eligible for a refund and will receive a credit toward your next event within one year.
Contract
A contract will be provided to you for review and acceptance for most events. This ensures the best interest of both parties.
Travel Fee
Travel is included within 20 miles of zip code 55121. Nominal travel charges may apply outside of this radius. Average travel costs, where required, ranged from $20-40 in 2011. To Estimate long distance travel, figure $2.25 per mile one way from zip code 55121.
