Blank SL8 Events Terms and Agreement
Thank you for choosing Blank SL8 Events for your upcoming event! We’re excited to host you. Please review the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties involved.
1. Reservation and Payment
o A booking deposit of $150 is required to secure your reservation, with a minimum 2 hours booking
o The remaining balance must be paid no later than 10 days before the event date.
o Payments are accepted via debit/credit, zelle, or cash
2. Cancellations and Refunds
o Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event will receive a 100% refund.
o Cancellations made within 3 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.
o Cancellations made within 1 day of the event are non-refundable.
3. Event Duration and Access
o The event space is available for 30 minutes before your event start time & available for 30 minutes after end time for clean up & breakdown.
o Early arrival or extended use beyond the agreed event time may incur additional charges.
4. Guest Capacity
o The maximum guest capacity for the event space is 100 persons. Exceeding this limit is prohibited and may result in additional charges or termination of the event.
5. Damage and Property Responsibility
o You are responsible for any damages to the venue or its property during your event. Any damages will be charged to the payment method provided.
6. Alcohol and Catering
o Alcohol may only be served in accordance with local laws and regulations. [Insert Alcohol Policy, e.g., "Only licensed bartenders may serve alcohol on premises."]
o If catering is provided, all food and beverage arrangements must be confirmed with us at least 5 days prior to the event & must have
$1,000,000 in liability insurance coverage.
7. Noise and Behavior
o We ask that you keep noise levels to a reasonable volume in accordance with local ordinances
o We have an absolutely no smoking policy inside the event space. Smoking is acceptable outside and all guests must use the north-end parking lot.
o Disruptive or illegal behavior will result in immediate termination of
event and potential penalties.
8. Indemnification
o You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blank SL8 Events, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the event, including any injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
9. Force Majeure
o Blank SL8 Events is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government orders, or other unforeseen events.
