Impress your birthday boy or girl's guests with a party to remember! Host a spectacular Ben & Jerry's euphoric ice cream & Tie Dye Tee Shirt Party! The party is filled with fun games, like pin the cherry on the sundae, guess the flavor, and more! They will tour the store and experience the arctic temperatures in the walk in freezer. Your personal birthday host or hostess will then teach the party participants how to create their own tie dye t-shirts.
Once the t-shirt fun is complete, our staff will invite parents behind the counter to scoop ice cream for the kids. While the little guest of honor is opening their gifts, our staff will clean up the mess! It doesn't get more fun filled than that!
Party packages for up to 10 participants are $199 and last 2 hours. Anything beyond 10 is an additional fee of $14.95 per child. Parents are responsible for supplying the white t-shirts for the children. We can also arrange a visit from Betsy The Cow for a little extra. When cancelling a party, 72 hours notice is required to receive a refund of the deposit. Party package includes small sized ice cream and tie dying for up to 10 participants. Any participants in excess of 10 will be $14.95 per person. Scheduling parties requires 72 hours notice. If in the event you need party services in less than 72 hours please call us to ensure we can accommodate.

Cup and cone parties include your choice of 4 flavors brought to you! Our professional catering staff will serve your attendees with a smile! This party is perfect for any corporate event! Our corporate catering manager will assist you in selecting four flavors of ice cream, Greek frozen yogurt, or sorbet!

Our cup and cone catering services are a flat rate of $5.15 per serving. There is also a $150 insurance and event management fee.

We will set up a beautiful display of the finest ice cream, toppings, whipped cream, hot caramel, hot fudge, and more! We will provide such a spectacular catering experience it will make all of your bridesmaids jealous they didn't think of this idea first!
All wedding reception catering services include a $150 Service, Event Management, and Insurance Fee. Additional charges apply for labor time exceeding 1 hour and additional servers.
All parties include complete set-up, cutlery, napkins, bowls, and trash receptacles. Upon completion we will clean up and remove debris from premises.
- Your guests will have the option of a 2 scoop sundae with brownies or cookies, or a 3 scoop banana boat. We will set up a buffet of unlimited toppings with hot fudge, hot caramel, sprinkles, M&M’s, Oreos, walnuts, whipped cream, Gummi Bears, Chocolate Chips, Peanuts, and Reeses Pieces. This party includes 4 flavor options.
We are also able to bake waffle cones freshly on-site. The smell that encapsulates the room as the vanilla and cinnamon bake with the waffle cones is absolutely mouth watering. There is an additional fee for this service.

In order to cancel an event and have your deposit refunded, you must provide notice of cancellation 7 days prior to the event. This is because we book staff, order extra supplies, and ice cream to accommodate your party. For event planning with less than 7 days notice, please contact us directly for availability. There is $150 service, event management, and insurance fee for every event. This includes 1 server for 1 hour. Additional servers and additional time will require a separate fee. A 6% VA state tax will also be added to the invoiced amount.
