Please be aware that all payments are non-refundable after the contract is completed and your event is scheduled because all other customers have been turned down for your exact rentals and services for your event date. If done in writing and sent no later than 30 days before the event, all services may be canceled. You wouldn't have to pay the remaining sum on your invoice. A $250 retainer is required. Your retainer reserves your event date and time and is NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. The remaining balance can be broken into two payments. Final Payment is due 14 days before your event and includes a $200 REFUNDABLE INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT. Incidental deposit is initiated within 7 days after an event given no damages/ lost items have occurred. Full payment & contract obligations are required before access will be granted! The refund can take 3-10 business days IF PAID THROUGH HONEY BOOK! To avoid this wait time, make your incidental deposit via CashApp.*** All packages are subject to the standard 6 percent Pennsylvania sales tax.
