There's plenty of options available if you want ribs or lasagna for your catered event, but Current Cuisine shines at offering vegan and veggie options. For my college class reunion, we needed a caterer who could offer vegetarian and vegan options that actually tasted great - that a meat eater would not turn their noses up at. We also needed a selection of gluten free breads and desserts. Current Cuisine filled the bill superbly. Lentil loaf, broccoli salad, gluten free bread and more - all were delish. It was nice talking to people that actually understand vegetarians and vegans and don't roll their eyes, ""oh no, we'll just make another veggie stirfry"". And the made from scratch triple chocolate cake - highly recommended. Whatever calories I saved by getting the broccoli salad got blown on the first bite of this cake. Unfortunately the gluten sensitive people had to pass on this one. Friendly staff, easy to work with, a little pricey, but it's all made from scratch food. We thought it was worth it and didn't get a single complaint on the food selection. That's amazing, considering the range of options that we needed to fill. On time with the food, clean up was satisfactory, enough to feed everyone and then some.
