Terms and Conditions
1.) Customer is responsible to clean up and appropriately dispose of all trash within one hour from the end time of the event. Failure to do so within an hour will result in a fee that the customer named above is financially responsible to pay.
a. Trash includes but is not limited to food, beverage bottles & cans, utensils, tableware, etc.
2.) Any trash left over inside or outside of Q-Look Bridal (sidewalk, parking lot) will result in a fee that the customer named above is financially responsible to pay.
3.) If decorations are not done through Tammy Nguyen/Q-Look Bridal, the customer is responsible in ensuring all decorations are appropriately removed from Q-Look Bridal’s premise by the end of the hour following the event time.
4.) The initial deposit to reserve the rental hall is $200.00 minimum. This amount is non-refundable. If the customer requests to change the date of the hall rental, the $200.00 can be transferred to the new date, as long as the new date has not been reserved by another party. The right to change the event date is only until 30 days prior to the initial event date but no later. If within 29 days of the event date, and customer request to change the date, this money cannot be transferred and will be forfeited to Q-Look Bridal.
5.) Any remaining balance is due no later than 21 days prior to the event date. If customer fails to make payment, this will result in a $50 late fee per day thereafter until the balance is paid.
6.) Customer must pay a security deposit of $500.00 in cash only. This deposit is due at the time of final payment for the hall. The deposit will be returned to the customer following the party ONLY when policies 3-5 indicated above were not violated.
7.) Q-Look Bridal will allow outside decorators, catering, etc. to start setting up no earlier than 10am of the event day for an afternoon/evening party or between 3pm-7pm the day prior for a morning/earlier afternoon party. Proof of business insurance must be provided.
