Includes:
• Access to the hall for 3 hours prior to event, for setup and/or decorating. If additional time is requested, there will be an extra $30 per hour fee.
• Setup of tables and chairs (floor layout must be provided in advance)
• VIP room (weddings only)
• Heat or A/C as required.
• Full service kitchen available for caterers.
Additional Charges:
- Police / Security Officer $300
- On-Site Church Rental Liaison $350
On-Site Church Rental Liaison will be the contact for the caterer, decorator, DJ and/or sound people. He will also monitor the kitchen, hall and bathrooms (to see if anything is needed). The monitor will remain on the premises during the event, and will inspect the hall and report any problems back to the office.
Security Deposit $750
- We require a Security Deposit – with your completed application. This is required to reserve the date.
