Terms and Conditions
1. Reservation & Payment
A deposit is required to reserve your rental items. The remaining balance must be paid in full before setup.
Payments can be made via Cash, Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp.
2. Delivery & Setup
We deliver and set up the equipment at your event location.
Please ensure clear access to the setup area.
Delivery fees may apply based on location and order size.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund of the deposit.
Last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiting the deposit.
4. Safety Rules
Adult supervision is required at all times during use of bounce houses, games, and equipment.
Do not allow food, drinks, shoes, or sharp objects inside inflatable units.
Equipment must not be moved after setup.
5. Responsibility & Damages
Renter is responsible for all equipment while in their possession.
Any damages, lost items, or excessive cleaning fees will be billed to the customer.
Lucy Fun Party is not liable for injuries or accidents during equipment use.
6. Weather Policy
For safety reasons, bounce houses and inflatables will not be set up in rain or high wind conditions.
If poor weather is expected, we will work with you to reschedule or cancel without penalty.
7. Equipment Return
All rental items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered.
Please remove all decorations, trash, and personal items before pickup.
