Room 1: Our bright, spacious kitchen and dining area provide the perfect smaller-scale venue for roughly 50-60 people. Equipped with 6 round tables and 24 leather chairs, the area has versatile accommodations. Equipped with a full kitchen, this space is perfect for smaller parties. Room 2: Our open training room offers a dynamic environment suited for various events, including classes, discussions, group work, demonstrations, presentations, and even parties. Equipped with movable tables, foldable chairs, 1-2 50-inch TVs, and a complete speaker system, our facilities are designed to adapt to your specific requirements seamlessly. Whether you're hosting a corporate training session, a community workshop, or a celebratory event, our space offers the flexibility and functionality you need. Our pricing options cater to your scheduling needs, with rates varying based on the duration and space needed for the event. Pricing: Under 4 hours in length: $350/hour (Full), $200/hour (half) From 4-8 hours in length: $300/hour (Full), $175/hour (half) 8 or more hours in length: $250/hour (Full), $150/hour (half) Located at 201-203 28 Roytec Rd. in Vaughan, our event space is easily accessible and centrally located, making it the ideal choice for businesses, organizations, and individuals seeking a professional yet inviting venue for their gatherings.
