1st) You will have a consultation online or Via video call where we will have a questionnaire to help us to know you and your vision and your budget better and at no cost.
2nd) We give you a rough estimate of pricing.
3rd) We will then meet at the property for us to see the space/venue or Via video chat.
4th) We then get together to discuss proposals and expectations. Finally contracts are signed and after your initial 50% deposit is made the planning shall begin.

Your deposit is refundable for 15 days. If the event is canceled within 90 days of the scheduled date, the client signing the contract is liable to pay the balance in full. This balance will be equal to the package balance 90 days prior to the event. If the event is canceled more than 90 days prior, payments made beyond the initial deposit amount will be fully refunded. For those booking less than 90 days in advance, the deposit is refundable for 15 days. Balance is due 15 days prior to the event. After the 15-day deposit refund window, the client signing this contract is liable to pay the balance in full. This balance will be equal to the package balance at the time of signing the contract, less payments made. Additionally, in order for a cancellation to be deemed official, a cancellation agreement must be signed by both parties. Failure to submit a written notice of cancellation will result in a bill for the total agreed amount sent to Client.
