This contract is for rental only. This is not a contract for sale or rent-to-own.
I,_______________, agree that I have rented the items described herein upon the expressed condition that they will at all times remain the property of JCG PRODUCTION SERVICES LLC. I agree to store rental items at the address indicated, and any change in such storage place violates the conditions of this contract at which time JCG PRODUCTION SERVICES LLC reserves the right to repossess said rental item at its discretion.
I have examined said items, found them to be in good condition and will re-deliver them in the same condition as when received by the DUE date indicated. I agree to pay promptly when due all charges which accrue because of this rental, including but not limited to repairs, overdue fees, reasonable charges for repossession costs, collection agent fees and attorney’s fees. Additionally, I agree to pay $ in the event of loss or destruction of said items. Should I fail to return said items at the agreed upon time, Or fail to abide by any of the terms of this contract, all claims arising therefrom. Fault Productions is not responsible for accidents or injuries caused directly or indirectly in the use of the rented items.
