Terms and Conditions

A minimum retainer fee of $100.00 is required to secure the function date and is applied to total amount contracted. No date is reserved until a retainer fee is received and this contract filled out and signed. The balance is to be paid BEFORE the event start time. If Client needs to cancel, a written notice of (30) thirty days prior to event must be given. Failure to do so may result in client paying the balance of the contract due because of the high probability that High Impact Entertainment will not be able to further book that date. Once balance is paid, it is nonrefundable. Ask about our special offer for Eventective customers!
