Food is prepared and cooked on site on our outdoor grill. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free options will also be available. There are a few service options: Passed and/or stationary hors d'oeuvres only // Dinner service (event staff to serve guests at their tables) Can serve up to 3 courses. * // Buffet service (guests go up to get served, our grill master chefs will serve main dishes to each guest, guests help themselves to sides, etc) * // Late night food service can be arranged // * can add passed and/or stationary hors d'oeuvres to both of these options // * cake cutting & service is an additional $200 charge. Alternatively you are welcome to allow guests to slice their own piece of cake.

If you want to have your ceremony at Bent Ridge, the fee is an additional $1,000. This includes: Outdoor space by the vineyard (ceremony can be held under event tent in the case of rain) + An arbour (arch) full of lovely flowers and vines + Seating for up to 130 Bar Service + Photography Backdrop + Bride's tent (Can accommodate 15-20 pre-ceremony. Included: AC or fans + full length mirror + cosmetics table & power + bouquet table + seating & side tables + wifi speaker + complimentary bottle of champagne)

This fee includes the following: The venue + Cash Bar & Bar Service + Food Service + Sound System + Tables (of 8 or 10) & Chairs * + Raised Head Table (also the stage for entertainment after dinner) + Black Linens * + VIP/Luxury portable bathroom trailer(s) + White Dishes & Silverware * + Glassware * + Power / Lights / Strung Mini Lights + Parking + Wifi // Heat Lamps (if necessary) + Fire Pit(s) & Wood + Cake & Gift Tables + Easels + Podium + * If you prefer other colours or styles, these can be rented at your expense.
