Marc is a rare find on today's music scene – a unique voice that strengthens and explores music with sensitivity, clarity, and uncompromising integrity. Marc's warm, expressive tones and tasteful phrasing have been delighting audiences for over 20 years.
Starting bass lessons as early as 10 and then later moving to the guitar Marc knew he found his muse. Pursuing music with dedicated study throughout his 20's ending up with a Master's Degree in Guitar Performance studying with the acclaimed guitarist Dr. Elliot Frank.
After college, Marc indulged his love of jazz and taught himself to play chord-melody or finger-style jazz guitar.
Over the years he has been privileged to have performed with many of the greatest guitarists and musicians of our time in masterclasses or sharing the stage with: Martin Taylor, The Assad Brothers, Christopher Parkening, Michael Lorimer, Michael Newman, Laura Oltman, John Holmquist, Derek Day, Andy Page, Leroy Harper (James Brown Band), Benny Hill and Marc's mentor the jazz guitar icon Gene Bertoncini.

Now overseeing the guitar studies at Cape Fear Community College in Wilmington NC, he has been published in Just Jazz Guitar Magazine, his Youtube videos have been watched over 300,000 times and Marc can be heard live around the southeast.
