The Screening Room at 1313, located in the former Hercules building in downtown Wilmington, is a conference space that is used as a first-run movie theatre Friday- Sunday. There are two conference rooms. The West side seats 75 people theatre-style or closer to 60 classroom-style, and the East side seats 45 people theatre-style and about 30 people classroom-style. Both spaces have A/V equipment including projectors, screen, microphones, lectern with microphone. The East side has a built-in bar that can be used for serving drinks or putting collateral materials for attendees on for the meeting. The building has 130 parking space in the garage. Catering is available from The Chancery Market on the first floor of the building. The Screening Room has its own liquor license.
