All bookings are secured with a $150 deposit; the remaining balance is due 15 days prior to your event. For your information prices for the venue are listed below.    The  CATCH Venue Rates   $640 for 4 hours $75 per additional hour  $150 deposit to hold your date; this $150 will be deducted from your total balance . Any events held between the hours of 8pm-1am have a required additional $185 fee for security . This fee is non refundable.   Price includes use of indoor and outdoor area The CATCH 2.0  $770 for 4 hours $75 per additional hour   $150 deposit to hold your date; this $150 will be deducted from your total balance . Capacity per Covid-19 guidelines from state of Delaware  As of right now per state of Delaware Covid-19 guidelines we are currently open with full capacity . We ask that party hosts and guests abide by the honor system and if you are FULLY vaccinated  you do not need to wear a mask. If you are not we ask that you respect the health and well-being of your guests and Catch and wear a mask! We will update ALL capacity limits according to the state of Delaware guidelines! What’s included in my rental ? All rentals include 15 chairs and 5 tables . Each additional chair needed is $5 per chair and $2 per kids chair. Additional tables are $7 per table.  The Catch rental also includes the use of both indoor and outdoor areas. Do we provide catering or decorating services ?  At the moment we do not offer decorating or catering services . However we do have great partnerships with catering and event designers with whom we have great working relationships . We can coordinate a consultation with our preferred vendors at your request.   You also have the option of bringing  your  own food into our venue.  How do I schedule a tour ? Currently tours are available for The Catch by appointment only.  Based on the schedule below! You may call or email to schedule your tour for a venue.    Tuesday -Catch 2.0-Anytime between 11am-6:30pm Wednesday - Catch @ Concord -Anytime between 11am-6:30pm Thursday- Wilmington -Anytime between 11am-6:30pm What is the capacity for each venue ? The Catch ( Wilmington Location)  Maximum capacity -100 persons ( 50 inside and 50 outside ) The Catch 2.0 ( Claymont location) Maximum capacity -120 persons   The Catch Concord ( Talleyville )- Maximum capacity- 200 persons Are you BYOB? NO! None of The Catch locations are BYOB locations!  We’ve have Delaware State Liquor Licenses! If you plan on having adult beverages at your event you guest will need to use our in house bar to purchase beverages. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL beverages will be allowed in the venue. If you are caught with alcoholic beverages of any kind that area not directly from our bar your event will be immediately shut down and you will NOT be refunded. Set Up Time? Your rental includes 2 hours of setup time prior to your event start time and 1 hour of clean up after your event.  Example: your event time is from 3:00pm-7:00 pm.  Your start up time would be from 1:00pm-3:00pm and your clean up time would be from 7:00- 8:00pm.
