For parties such as birthdays, family or class reunions, anniversary parties, cocktail parties or corporate events such as Holiday parties we offer three different rooms. You can rent just one room or the entire venue. The cocktail lounge features 22' tall original metal ceilings, a bar, a leather couch lounge, fireplace, bathrooms, cocktail tables and room for a sit down event of up to 50 people. It is perfect for small parties that are mostly stand up style/cocktail events. The entertainment room features a beautiful 21' vaulted ceiling with the original metal beams, a large stage for your DJ or band, a large dance floor, a photo booth, fire sconces in the walls and a lounge area that can seat 50-75 people. It is perfect for sit down dinners with small groups, parties with a DJ or band and it goes well with the cocktail lounge to make for the perfect setting for 100 or less guests. The banquet room seats up to 400 people and is over 4,000 square feet. It features 21' ceilings with the original metal beams spanning the entire width of the room, a large bar and lots of open space for seating, dancing or dining. All three rooms are interconnected and can be rented together or individually.

Corporate meetings, seminars and trainings are a common thing here at Farrington Place. We book up on many weekdays with team building exercises, retreats, lunch and learns, breakfast events and trainings. We can offer any type of seating from the horse shoe style seminar seating to class room seating, banquet seating or presentation seating. We have projectors, screens, wireless microphones, blu-tooth sound systems, wired and wireless high speed internet and our venue is completely private. We can provide breakfast, lunch or a reception. Coffee and beverage service all day, snacks, meals and more. With a large open room with no obstructions it is perfect for your corporate event.

We have a lot to offer and at very fair prices. For our banquet venue we supply all the tables, chairs, china, linens, glassware, silverware, set up, tear down, clean up, three main rooms, a beautiful cocktail lounge featuring the original historic 103+ year old 22' high tin ceilings, the original wood trim, four French doors suspended from a mezzanine, a bar, fireplace, leather couches, cocktail tables and so much more. Our entertainment room features a sunken in dance floor surrounded by a glass balcony, a large stage for a band or acoustical performer, a DJ booth, a photo booth, an area for guests to sit, cocktail tables, fire wall sconces and so much more. Our banquet room features 4,000 square feet of hard wood oak flooring with a large bar, three wall mounted fireplaces, the original beams spanning the ceiling, three giant sky lights, an infinity mirror, LED accent lights around the entire room and enough seating for up to 350+ people comfortably. Our venue rental includes five hours for your reception. You get all this for a venue rental fee of only $2,500. You can also buy additional hours for only $450 per hour. (The 2024 venue rental fee is $2,750). If you have 150 or less guests, we can also do the ceremony.
We have a completely custom menu that is customizable to your exact needs. We supply door greeters to welcome your guests, bartenders, servers, chefs, cooks, and an on-site wedding coordinator that will meet with you and coordinate your entire event, do the itinerary with you, help you with the seating arrangements etc.
We have a per person fee that includes the appetizers, dinner, cake cutting, all the staffing, the bartenders, n/a beverages, coordination and so much more. The per person fee ranges and is greatly based on your food selection. If you choose steak and lobster, it will be much greater than if you choose pasta and chicken. It typically ranges anywhere from $39-$65+ per person. Your guests will rave about how good our food is and they will not forget our beautiful food displays.
Our bar saves you a ton of money as we allow you to purchase the alcohol at wholesale pricing. You can go to a beer distributor of your choice and the liquor store or winery and purchase what you need. We then serve it, provide the bartenders, glassware, all the mixers, sodas, water, tonic, juices etc. We consult you as to how much to buy and what brands. For all this it is just $300. We can also offer traditional cash bar service if you would prefer via Drinks on Demand.
We have a parking lot caddy corner from our venue as well as FREE on street parking. There is a lot across the street and one out back. The huge city owned lot down the street is also free. We work with a hotel that offers discounted hotel room rates and they offer a free shuttle!
