West Wichita Venue Locally owned and operated, to support community, and give you a gorgeous venue to celebrate your special event. With up to 176 guests, this smaller venue will be the ideal place to celebrate! We do: ELOPEMENTS WEDDINGS PARTIES MEETINGS CLASSES AND SO MUCH MORE! Saturday restrictions: Saturdays are reserved for those needing at least 1/2 a day. 1/2 a day is sometimes the same price as 4-5 hours so it is worth checking. Half day rental options: 1/2 day Matinee 7:00 am to 3:00 pm 1/2 day Prime Time: 5:00 pm to Midnight. Full Day rental: 8:00 am to Midnight All reservation include the following: CHOICE OF CHANDLIERS Use of the Academy Ball Room Use of the Oscar Lounge Outdoor Garden Area Tables Chairs Table Cloths Two wet bars and Coffee and Water Bar access We have 178 person capacity Additional options: Gorgeous Full Kitchen with all appliances "Make ready" room. We have held 2 events for our family The first time was a wedding and then we had a baby shower for our niece. I can’t imagine having an event without a kitchen. There is a nice size kitchen with a stove and refrigerator. They have tables and chairs, plus a choice of tablecloths. We are planning on a family reunion next summer
