Rental Agreement for Mexico Cafe **2. Rental Purpose:** The Renter intends to use Mexico Cafe Delano for the following purpose: - Restaurant operation, including catering services. - Featuring a choice of three specialty food items: Deluxe Burrito, Sampler Plate, or Special Monterey. - Pricing: $15.00 for Adults / $7.00 for Kids, including drinks, tax, and tip. - Complimentary use of a speaker and piano during the rental period, at no extra charge. **3. Rental Fees:** The Renter agrees to pay the following rental fees: - A flat fee of $ 50 per hour for the use of Mexico Cafe Delano during the rental period. **4. Catering Services:** The Renter has the option to provide catering services, including the three specified specialty food items, as described in Section 2. The Renter shall provide all necessary equipment and staff, if available we can provide the appropriate staff for a flat rate of 15hr. (Waiter/busing of tables) **5. Speaker and Piano Use:** Mexico Cafe Delano offers the use of a speaker and piano at no extra charge. The Renter shall ensure that these items are used responsibly and returned in the same condition. **6. Security Deposit:** A security deposit of $50 shall be paid by the Renter prior to the commencement of the rental period. This deposit will be returned to the Renter within same day after the conclusion of the rental period, provided there is no damage to the property beyond normal wear and tear, we do require all trash is picked up after event if failure to comply will result in not receiving the security deposit and depending on the damages will also require additional fees based on property and equipment damages. **7. Responsibilities:** a. The Renter is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment within Mexico Cafe Delano during the rental period. b. Any damage to the property beyond normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the Renter. **8. Cancellation:** In the event of cancellation by either party, we require a 24 hour notice. Any time less than 24 hour grace period will result in 50$ charge which is the security deposit. **9. Governing Law:** This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kansas / United States. **10. Entire Agreement:** This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
