Terms and Conditions

- Full payment of booking is due upon confirmation - Capacity is 225 - Cancellation: -Cancellation fee is 50% of final cost of booking. You may cancel your event/activity up to two weeks prior to the event/activity. That is 14 calendar days, including the day of the event/activity. If you do not cancel within that timeframe, you will be charged the full amount. -If Ragana Creative becomes aware of any suspicious activity leading up to any time before the event/activity, it reserves the right to cancel the event/activity and refund the client 70% of the total fee. - All rentals incur a cleaning fee of $300 and a site representative fee of $200 in addition to rental rate. - This location does not carry a liquor license; any parties intending to sell alcohol must have a valid liquor license displayed on site and cleared with staff prior to event. - BYOB not allowed. - For parties intending to serve but not sell alcohol , event insurance is required. We can recommend who we work with. - Day-of event insurance is required for events over 95 people. - For every 80 people, one security guard is required. One security guard is $45/hr. - For larger events, street parking is available; however, we strongly recommend ride-share and to advertise that in the renting party promotions. - We do allow outside food / catering. We also have great partners to recommend - A named representative must be present for the entire duration of event and immediately reachable by cell phone. - Renting party is responsible for their guests’ behavior and any damages incurred. Renting party will be charged for damages upon discretion of Ragana Creative - Tenant/host of the event must ensure there is no illegal activity or smoking of any kind. - Prior discussion must happen if this is a ticket event
