There is a non refundable $500 deposit for the hall usage. All decorations are billed separately and are non refundable. Renter agrees to the terms Remember that you are only authorized to be in the facility during the event date & hours listed on your rental contract. Events & cleanup must be completed by 1: 00 AM.
