Danada House is a beautifully restored historic estate located in Wheaton, Illinois, nestled within the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County. Available from November through March for intimate events of up to 90 guests, the House offers classic charm, elegant architecture, and scenic views of surrounding woodlands. Originally built in 1939, Danada House features spacious gathering rooms, two upstairs suites (bride’s and groom’s), and elevator access. Rentals include setup and takedown of banquet and round tables, chairs, and access to a cozy conference/snack room. Clients may choose from multiple 5- or 6-hour rental blocks for morning, afternoon, or evening events at an affordable flat rate. The venue is ideal for bridal showers, baby showers, rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, birthday parties, and professional classes such as yoga, art, or business meetings. Optional outdoor ceremony areas are available within 150 feet of the house. Clients must use a caterer from Danada House’s approved list and follow venue policies. A Danada House attendant will be on-site throughout your event to ensure safety, cleanliness, and support. Free on-site parking is available for up to 150 vehicles. ??
