Thanks to the staff at Studio 4980, my daughter's baby shower was a success. Despite cool weather and a few raindrops which is to be expected in early April. Our guests enjoyed the venue and a lovely time was had by all. Thanks again for all the help with our event and we will definitely keep you in mind for future get togethers.

Beautiful venue - we had baby shower inside. We had about 50 guests and catering. Setup location for drinks, food and tables for guests has a great flow. Owner is very easy to work with, scheduling and proves as much help as necessary for decorations and access to venue for setup. Very helpful, she navigated us through entire process. Event was Sunday Feb 16th. Of course the weather was terrible! When I showed up the lot was cleaned and the entrance was salted due to snow and ice. Had great communication from the owner before hand on the roads and set up for the party. Facility was clean, set up and ready to go, was told if there was anything I wanted to change we could which was great. Only moved a few things around and added touches to what was already available. I would recommend to give them a call and check it out. All our guests could not say enough how beautiful the facility was and the decor and set up of our event. 5 Stars

Throwing creative birthday parties for my kids has become something of a tradition in the last few years. And this year I have selected Studio 4980 for my daughter’s Birthday celebration. The place is very beautiful and very well organized with plenty of space for any creativity. Additionally, Ellie is amazing host and was very responsive to all my requests. I needed a meeting space for 10 people with some flex space for an entire day. Ellie met me on the property, gave me a tour and answered all of my questions. The space is very comfortable and easy to get to. Ellie checked in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything and made sure we knew she was available if anything came up. I booked Studio 4980 for my baby shower in September 2024. I was absolutely blown away by how beautiful the property was and how helpful and genuine Ellie was. We brought in some of our own decorations, but you don’t need much because the space is already setup so beautifully. Working with Ellie was such a positive experience. She was attentive, always available, and did everything in her power to make sure my baby shower was a success. My guests had a wonderful time and could not stop making remarks about how beautiful everything was. I would not hesitate to rebook another event at Studio 4980!!!!

I hosted a bridal shower and it was wonderful! So many options available for seating and comfort! All the serving trays are available and Ellie made us feel as if we were hosting at our own home! I would definitely host another event here!

I threw my wife a surprise 30th birthday party and the venue/ space was perfect. We did an outside hibachi theme there was plenty of seating, beautiful decor, and the views are beautiful. Ellie was so supportive in the set up, helping with ideas, and being flexible. This venue also has an airbnb attached upstairs so we were able to rent that with our party and stay the night. This was honestly a amazingly beautiful place with a amazing setup. I mean the space was just immaculate inside and out, this venue in my opinion is good for any type of event that you're trying to throw I will recommend this over and over to anybody. Ellie went above and beyond to make our baby shower for our daughter and son in law a complete success!! All of our guests were very impressed with the facility inside and out, and Ellie even had some very cute baby decorations up before we even arrived. I would definitely book another party with her facility if I would need to.

This venue is amazing! They are always adding new things to make the inside and outside just fabulous. I have been here a couple times already this year and they make things really easy when it comes to setting up and cleaning up..

Me and my wife had our baby shower at Studio 4980 and it was amazing! Many of our guest kept complementing how gorgeous the venue was. It’s in a quiet location, so you don’t have to worry about traffic while you’re enjoying your time outside. They have games like corn hole and jumbo jenga that help kept our guest busy. They provide two Bluetooth speakers that were very loud and useful. Although we didn’t need her for anything during the party, Ellie made sure everything was set up and she was always available to answer questions. We had 80-100 guest and there was enough space. For the price, how beautiful it is, it’s definitely worth renting. We will definitely be using this space again in the future!

This place is amazing, and so cute. Ellie provided so much hospitality. What a wonderful event! The space was beautiful and everyone loved how open everything was. We used the event space and the Airbnb that’s connected. The set up was absolutely stunning. We added some decor but you truly don’t need any for the space. The decorations and amenities indoors and outdoors were wonderful, would definitely book again.

I held my daughter-in-law’s baby shower at Studio 4980 in May, 2024. What an awesome rental space! The inside was perfect for 25 guests but could easily accommodate more. The space is tastefully decorated & only needed a few small baby shower touches. The outside area is just as cute & comfortable as inside. I highly recommend Studio 4980 for your next shower or party.

I want to thank the staff at Studio 4980 for a fabulous facility where I held my daughter-in-law’s baby shower. With the weather being a little warm, the festivities were held inside. The area was the perfect size for our group of 25 but would easily accommodate more. There are separate rooms for food, beverages, etc. and plenty of eating space in two spacious dining rooms. Last but not least, my DIL enjoyed every minute of her baby shower. Studio 4980 did a fantastic job!

We recently booked Studio 4980 for our Wedding Shower (April 2024) and our experience was amazing! The set up is absolutely beautiful (our guests raved about it) and Ellie is so kind and responsive. We also booked the Airbnb and it is so cute and convenient. We struggled looking for a venue that allowed outside catering/beverages and were so happy to have found this spot. If you do book with Studio 4980, I would recommend telling your guests in advance about the parking. This space is perfect for any event - I normally don't make reviews but I knew I had to after our event!

The house is beautiful with with a rustic farm house feel and the decorating is beautiful as well. Our shower was so pretty and the room where we gathered was cozy and intimate and really spectacular. Ellie was kind and accommodating and she was generous with amenities.
