We are a historical 19th century Barn and Homestead located in the heart of Westerville. Our rustic barn is the perfect location for any type of event. From weddings to graduation parties to business meetings, our Barn offers something for everyone! The Barn is able to accommodate a wedding for up to 150 people, however, the perfect size is from 100-120 people. Listed below are a few amenities we offer and what you can expect during your rental. * Table and chair set up and tear down inside and on the Barn patio * A Facility Attendant on site throughout your entire rental * Trash disposal throughout your event * Your choice of caterer from our Approved Catering List or providing your own food * Allowance of limited beer and wine (ask for details) * Do-it-yourself venue that allows you to use your creativity * Limited A/V equipment (ask for details) The Everal Barn and Homestead office is open Tuesday's from 11a - 1p, Wednesday's 9a - 7p and Saturday's from 9a - 1p. There will always be a staff member to speak with, however, you can only tour the Barn if there is not a rental in progress. We reserve the Everal Barn and Homestead 12 months in advance. For example, on the first business day of June, 2019, we begin reserving all of June, 2020. Below is a listing of rules for beer and wine. 1) Beer and Wine must be purchased, brought and served by an Approved City of Westerville Caterer 2) Catered food must also be served while beer and wine is served. You will not be permitted to have beer and wine if you are bringing in your own food 3) There is a $200 fee and a $300 security deposit for the privilege of having beer and wine. A permit must be signed by the person that signed the rental agreement and that person must be present at the event. 4) There is a 12% catering fee charged on the total food and beverage fee. This fee is given directly to the City of Westerville from the renter 5) Consumption of beer and wine must stay inside
