Our daughters wedding reception was held in Davie, FL at the Tree Top Park. Chef Victor and his staffed provided the catering services. The food was outstanding only to be second by the professional and attentive service of his staff. They took my thoughts and turned it into my dream day! I left all of the items for decorating and left it up to them! I walked in and it was exactly what I had envisioned ...I was calm and cool UNTIL the night before...at that point I felt bridezilla coming ....I met with Diaego the night before and he calmed all my fears! The food was AMAZING ....22 guests enjoyed every bite and I still get texts asking for the name. I would use them again!!!

I had my wedding reception of 45 people in this hidden gem in West Palm Beach, 441 and Southern... Tha place is quite exquisite, the food is amazing! The staffs were very professional and attentive. Our catering manager, Diago was very easy to work with, honored all my last minute requests and changes. Our 50th Anniversary Party was held at Rollatini Restaurant @10107 Southern Blvd, Royal Palm, FL. I don't know where to begin to describe what a wonderful evening it was. I guess I will start at the beginning and that is with meeting with Victor Duarte, the owner of the restaurant. We went over the menu, price and any other concerns I might have. Dealing with Victor is an absolute pleasure. He is so accommodating and always tries to give you the best possible package. There were other requests asked of Victor and he approved all we asked for. Diego Soler, The Catering Manager, called days before the event to go over the printing of the menu's with a logo on top with the personal letterhead of our Anniversary. The day of the party, June 11th could not have been better. Everyone and I mean everyone, commented on the incredible wait staff, the food (and the portions) was absolutely delicious, and all that was included in the dinner. My husband and I could not have been happier with the evening but most importantly with the restaurant and the feedback we received. Obviously, I HIGHLY recommend Rollatini's restaurant for special occasions but also for a normal night out for dining. You will not go wrong, I assure you. Thank you, Victor, Diego and the entire wait staff.

When I thought about celebrating my daughters' graduation, I had many doubts about what would be the best option, I saw many options in the market, but the first of all that caught my attention was Rollatini Trattoria. I made the decision to go to the place simply to look for information, but the truth was that I ended up signing the contract! From the moment we entered the place, Diago, the manager welcomed us very cordially offering us something to drink and even taste some of their dishes to get an idea of what we would be receiving the day of the event. He offered us all the menu packages to accommodate our initially 30 guests. As time went by, our list of guests was increasing and Diago was always solving and accommodating my final list of 51 guests, I arrive the day of the event, with all the decorations, to my surprise the servers told me that they would be in charge of everything and I would not have to do anything. I did not expect this! When we finally arrived at the time of the event, the place was decorated and ready to begin our celebration. My guests were arriving, and told me how beautiful the place that I had chosen for the party was and how good the attention was. From the appetizers, the main dish with 4 options to choose from, and dessert, everything was perfect! I would like to point out that in a moment during the night a very important person and to whom I owe how exquisite the food was, Victor, the owner and chef of the restaurant, came to say thanks to us for giving him the opportunity to serve us at the graduation party. The art he has in his hands, the attention Diago put into each detail, and the waiters' individual attention to each of my guests made this night an unforgettable night We really enjoyed that night, this is the best place to find everything you want and need in one place: stress-free, comfortable, and the best service for a good price. It is with absolute pleasure that I write this very specific story about how our wedding experience was a home run due to our choice to hold it at Rollatini Italian Restaurant in West Palm Beach! First off, Diago Soler, Chef Victor, and entire staff delivered as promised: Both in Taste and Service! When my fiancé and I went to the restaurant to get a sense of the restaurant's vibe, as well as the food, we were blown away at the hospitality of Diago and the staff. Once we arrived, he immediately asked the staff to bring us something to drink, as well as a little niblet of bruschetta to hold us over until the food tasting. The staff at the restaurant quickly set us up with everything we needed, and then brought out the various dishes for us to test. The presentation was great and we also were quite impressed at the taste of the food. I grew up old-school Italian and it's hard to beat my Nonna's cooking! Diago assured us that service as well as the quality of the food and presentation would be exactly as we experienced it. Did they deliver? Absolutely 110%! We had a few logistical problems as My beautiful bride showed up an hour late (I'm assuming it was to keep me on my toes and in suspense). After a wise suggestion, we put the cocktail hour before the ceremony. I know that this is not Orthodox for the typical Catholic-Italian/Colombian wedding, but then again my bride and I are atypical Catholic- Italian/Colombian.To me, this shows that they know that the day was really for us and reasonable requests. The ceremony was beautiful and the food was delicious! In fact, most people felt that the portion-sizes were huge, on top of being full of "Sabor"! Lastly, I want to talk about the service. Clearly, Diago and the staff understood and maintained an excellent schedule. This week, I had a chance to call some people about what they thought. Daigo and his team were fantastic to work with. He provided a very detailed and varied menus to pick from. He was very attentive to our needs and was great at communicating with me throughout the planning period. The night of the event he and his team were beyond fantastic! After eating at Rollatini's in Royal Palm, I was so pleased with the food that I felt that Rollatini's would be the best caterers for a party. The food was fresh, the sauce delicious and delivered on time. The eggplant rollatini was my favorite dish and the penne ala vodka was the best I have ever tasted. The planning was easy. The party extremely successful and, as usual, that has a lot to do with the food!!! I will certainly be a return customer. I have even brought guests who were visiting my home to Rollatini's for dinner and they can't wait to go back.

The food was very good and the service was impeccable. The linens were fine, but each table needs a small vase or candle for a better presentation. Overall the restaurant decor is nice.

My 80th Birthday Celebration was held at Rollatini Trattoria in West Palm Beach. The food was absolutely delicious. The service impeccable. The decor is in very fine taste. My sons who made the party possible, were extremely impressed. We are all well travelled and have dined in many restaurants. Kudos to Rollatini.

Diago runs the show. He is partial owner of the restaurant and for good reason. His passion and care is definitely felt. My wife and I started by getting quotes from this awesome website. We called around and set up 3 taste tests. Diago on behalf of Rollatini's was our first. Diago was so awesome, accommodating, assuring, passionate, and caring with the first visit that we didn't even taste test with anyone else. We had a smaller wedding that was meant to be with all our loved ones. It was for 80 people and our budget was not very much considering what we wanted. Diago went above and beyond to accommodate us. He not only did the catering but helped by using his connections to rent other things we needed for the wedding. We had 3 meetings prior to the wedding to make sure everything was in order. Each time he provided a lunch for us at his restaurant (food is always awesome and a great price). My wife and I constructed our wedding from scratch with no wedding planner or anything in that respect due to budget. So needless to say, the day of the wedding for us was crazy as we were setting up. Diago arrived early and promptly just as he said he would. He brought 3 other awesome servers with him to help. He completed everything we agreed on and not once did I or my wife have anything to worry about with him. The food was phenomenal and service to match, which was surprising for a buffet style. Through out the wedding he made sure my wife and I were taken care of. He even provided us with some awesome pics he took during the wedding. This guy is passionate about each and every job he takes on, big or small, and he will definitely do his best to accommodate your needs. And you definitely won't have to worry about your guests going hungry as he brings plenty of food. Couldn't ask for a better experience. We had numerous guests ask us for details regarding our caterer. Thanks Diago and we will be frequenting your restaurant.
