We celebrated our church’s 20th anniversary. Their space was beautiful and perfect for the formal, fun, intimate event we wanted. Everyone was amazingly helpful at all times. Danielle, the director of sales, patiently answered every question and made every change/update. Even though she had to go out of town on a business trip, she left us in great hands. The manager (Mike? Mark? I’m sad I can’t remember his exact name because he was amazing!) helped keep the buffet line flowing giving me table numbers to call out as he could see the line while I could not. The banquet staff, Kayla and Marcus were kind, courteous, friendly, and so helpful. Our event was successful and it was so because of this great venue and their staff.
Venue was great, birthday party was wonderful. Thanks to the staff at Hilton Garden Inn, they are very professional, very helpful with what I wanted to achieve. The guests enjoyed the food, the ambiance and service. I would totally recommend this venue for your event.
