Our room rentals include tables, chairs, linens, and security, starting at $4750.00. Each event kicks off with a 4-hour event block (excluding set up and strike), giving you ample time to celebrate. Need more time? Additional hours can be added for a fee. With seating for 125 guests included, you can also purchase extra seating based on your preferred seating types. Terms for Chameleon Event Space:
Cancellation Policy: All deposits are non-refundable. Clients have the option to request another date and apply the deposit.
Payment Methods Accepted for Balance: Cash, credit card, check, Zelle, or Venmo.
Payment Due Date: Dates are not held without a deposit. Final payment is not due until 7 days prior to the event.
Outside Vendors Permitted: Designers, DJs, MCs, entertainers, rental companies, gaming companies, decor, and specialty desserts are allowed.
Catering Policy: Outside caterers or self-catering are permitted with management approval. No outside alcoholic or bar providers are allowed. Clients may not bring their own liquor.
Incidental Security Deposit: A $500 REFUNDABLE incidental security deposit is required in addition to the final bill if using outside catering.
