Terms and Conditions

For your ultimate heavy machinery experience, please bring your ticket and arrive at the main Diggerland USA admissions entrance no later than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled booking time for entry into the park and to meet your personal instructors! If you reserve your timed event but do not arrive for your scheduled time slot your XL Experience will be cancelled and no refunds will be issued. Changes less than 24 hours prior notice to your scheduled event will incur a $50 reschedule fee. Bringing friends and family to watch and taking photos and videos is encouraged. There is no additional fee for your cheering section! Vehicle cabs are protected from the elements, but we recommend checking the weather forecast before arriving and dressing to be comfortable in the outdoor climate. When you start your XL experience you will meet your instructors and watch brief instructional safety videos. Then on to the main event -- out to the field and strapping into the giant machinery! This experience is all about you having a great time, so if you need anything at any time, please notify your instructor so we can accommodate you. If you are looking for the ultimate rush, we recommend a car to crush! The car crush can be added on at the end of your XL experience. Advanced booking is encouraged, but we can usually accommodate this package on site, so just ask!
