Booking and Payment: To secure the date and time of your wedding ceremony, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the ceremony before it commences. Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation, a refund of 25% of the deposit will be provided if notice is given at least 48 hours before the ceremony date. Inclement Weather: While the ceremony will proceed regardless of weather conditions, in the case of inclement weather for an outdoor ceremony, we can relocate to an indoor venue of your choice. Additional charges may apply if the new location is beyond a 10-mile radius of the original site. Emergencies: Unexpected emergencies may arise, and each situation will be handled individually, with every effort made to provide assistance and accommodate accordingly. Forms of Payment: We accept payment via credit card, cash, and Zelle. Respectful Conduct: Both the couple and the officiant are expected to maintain respectful behavior throughout the ceremony and the planning process. Liability: IZFLNotary, LLC and Ivelisse Zambrano are not liable for any issues that arise during the ceremony or related events that are beyond the control of the company.
