I recently held a Breast Cancer Awareness Gala and hired The Happiest Hostess to serve the guests. They were very professional, efficient and vibrant. I highly recommend them if you're planning an event.
We had a fantastic experience with the Happiest Hostess. Bartenders and service staff did a great job on every aspect. No issues at all, and our guests had a great time.
My bar was beautiful with an awesome custom designed light up sign. the staff manager was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. She met with me days before at my venue to make sure she understood my requests. after our conversations, I was very confident in her services which is always a plus for the bride. the uniforms are great and blend in well at any event. There were no complaints about professionalism and her staff seemed pleasant. Some of Her staff members I believe are not too experienced. Many of my guests' main complaints that night was that their full plates of food, untouched desserts and full drinks were taken away before they could eat it. It is now a running joke that my best friend never got to eat her food. and she was hungry all night My reception was 4hrs, typical length, but for some reason, the staff felt the need to clean up plates before guests could enjoy their meals. dinner was buffet style so the clean up should have been staggered in order of guests who ate first to allow all guests a chance to eat in timely fashion. I provided some costume pieces for my theme to be worn by staff and I did not get them back at the end of the night. Otherwise, they did a good job and I would recommend their services. Food was a big deal at my reception because it was delicious. so if food is important, let the manager know you don't want your guests plates taken from them too soon. that is my biggest regret.
