Base price includes one facility rental of choice. (Livery Stable, Opera House, Pavilion, or the Point)
Each additional space is $500.
Rental includes: Tables, chairs, sounds system, and a tractor drawn wagon is provided to transport guests from the parking lot to the event space.

a. Deposit. In consideration of use of the AWHC facilities, RENTER agrees to pay the AWHC a security deposit of $300 due at time of booking. Each additional building rental requires a $100 deposit. 48 hours are allowed for cancellation, without any charges occurring. After 48 hours and up until 90 days prior to event, $100 OF DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE per venue. 90 days to the event, FULL DEPOSIT WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE and 50% of additional payments will be withheld. Cancellations withing 30 days of the event forfeit the full Deposit and all Payments.
Deposit is due upon Reservation.
Payments to be made by cash or credit card.

Rental deposit due at time of booking. All payments can be made using Cash or Card.
Reservations made within 90 days of event also require 1/2 rental payment.
Reservations made more than 90 days of the event may pay the rental balance in 3 equal installments.
