ONLINE RESERVATION: We ask that the customer processes their reservations online or by phone. Once the reservation has been completed and security deposit has been confirmed we will add you to our calendar. The customer must then ensure all information they have provided is correct as we will use the information your invoice to manage your event and our business. Payments: the day of the event total must be completed in full before set up or pick up. The customer understands that an order is not guaranteed to be delivered unless all deposits.
