Unless otherwise stated, all prices are subject to applicable taxes as follows: 13% HST · Bel-Air must receive full payment day of the function · Bel-Air must receive your guaranteed number of guests: 2 business days prior to the function · Unless authorized by management, outside food and /or non- alcoholic beverage are permitted to come into your function. Will need to be catered and have all in warming dish. · Each group is responsible for the conduct of all guests within their organized event. Liability for damages to the premises will be charged accordingly and will lost security deposit. · Access to Bel-Air for set-up must be pre-arranged. All personal belongings and equipment brought in by guests, must be removed from the room at the end of such function. Bel-Air assumes no liability for any loss or damages to such items. All entertainment and bar service should cease at 12.30am in order to clear the room by 1:00am. Methods of acceptable payment include cash, debit or personal cheque, visa or master card. Details: space rental $100 per hr plus 13% tax include: Microphone, Set up of 8 cocktail tables with chairs or 12 round tables with chairs. Table for the DJ, speaker, stage and microphone stand. Will you be serving Alcohol? If so, we will need a copy of your liquor licence. And specify what type of event you having.
