Terms and Conditions: By making the retainment payment and signing agreement you are agreeing to the terms of this agreement. • TNT Entertainment agrees to perform the service indicated in the note section of this invoice, on the date and time also indicated in the notes of this invoice. • You agree to pay the amount indicated in this invoice. Payment: PAYMENT: • Check, or cash are preferred. • Electronic Payment: PayPal or Credit cards accepted through Square (4% fee will be added) • Credit card or PayPal final payment will be 24-hours prior to the event. • Please make check/money order payable to TNT Entertainment CANCELLATION POLICY: • During peak seasons (March/April, June – July 4, and October through December) cancellations for any reason within thirty (30) days of a scheduled event will result in full payment being due. o Reschedule date must be no more than six (6) months of original scheduled date. • During off-peak seasons, an event may be cancelled up to two weeks prior to a scheduled event to receive a refund, minus a retainment fee of $50 per artist scheduled. • Cancellations Due to Weather: • A booking may be cancelled without penalty (minus retainment fee of $50 per performance individual) in the event of a natural disaster or unsafe driving conditions such as tornados, ice, snow, heavy rain. o In the event of a cancelation due to inclement weather, we will reschedule your event. o Reschedule must be agreed upon both parties and done within 60 days of the original agreement. • Retainer fees are non-refundable regarding weather conditions. RETAINMENT FEE • A $50 per performance individual retainment fee is applied to each contract agreement. • Performance individuals include, but are not limited to, the following: Face Painters, Balloon Artists, Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, Clowns, Storytellers, Glitter Tattoo Artists, and Airbrush Artists TIME TNT Entertainment performers are paid by time contracted, not by number of party guests. We do everything possible to perform efficiently and serve every guest within the scheduled time. • Overtime may be arranged directly with the performance individual. Please respect the entertainer’s time because they are often scheduled to perform at other events after your scheduled time. • Payment for overtime should be paid to TNT Entertainment. REQUIREMENTS To enable artists to perform they require comfortable working conditions. • Adequate lighting must be provided. If artists need to bring portable lighting, then please supply electricity near to working station. • If performer is entertaining outdoors, please provide adequate shade or shelter from wind, sun, and rain.
