Overlooking downtown Wausau's 400 Block, the B.A. & Esther Greenheck Lounge is one of the premiere facilities at The Grand to stage your event.
Setting the B.A. & Esther Greenheck Lounge apart from other facilities is its magnificent wall of windows. Whether your special event is during the day or evening, a beautiful view will accompany the occasion. With neutral colors and minimal fixtures the room can be embellished personally to meet the distinctive look you aspire to. Make your event complete with in-house beverage service, including portable setups, and delicious hors d'oeuvres from one of our preferred caterers. The Lounge can seat approximately 60 guests and is spacious enough to accommodate 80 for a stand-up reception.

The Caroline S. Mark Gallery is the primary exhibition space of the Center for Visual Arts. As such, it offers an exciting, ever-changing setting for stand-up receptions for as many as 100 people. Receptions, celebrations and presentation ceremonies will all be enhanced by the work of the local and regional artists and craftspeople whose work is the basis of CVA's year-round exhibition schedule.

The Grand Theater is available for more than just Broadway shows and musical performances. Films, touring productions, community events, business conferences and even elegant weddings have graced our theater stage. With seating for over 1200 guests, there's room to grow your attendance.

Overlooking downtown Wausau's 400 Block, the Loft is one of the premiere facilities at The Grand.
The Loft provides a uniquely flexible setting for workshops, seminars, meetings, receptions and even rehearsals. Informal and adaptable in design, accessible by elevator from the Caroline S. Mark Gallery and steps away from the Grand Theater balcony, the Loft is the most private space on Artsblock and right in the middle of the action.
