Title: Terms and Conditions for Keith and Andy's DJ Services
At Keith and Andy's DJ Services, we strive to provide the highest quality entertainment for your events. To ensure a seamless experience, please review the following terms and conditions:
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your event date. This deposit will be applied to your total balance and is transferable in the event of a rescheduled date, subject to availability.
Pricing and Services: Every event is unique, and we offer a variety of packages to meet your individual needs. Final pricing will be determined based on the selected package, additional services, and customization options. All prices are subject to change until a signed agreement is received.
Payment Schedule: Payment for services can be made in installments or in full, with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to the event. Late payments may result in the cancellation of our services.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days before the event. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will forfeit the deposit and may be subject to additional fees.
Event Changes: Any changes to the event date, time, or location must be communicated in writing as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
Liability: Keith and Andy's DJ Services is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event. Clients are responsible for ensuring venue and guest safety.
Performance Area: A suitable performance area must be provided at the event venue. This includes appropriate shelter, electrical outlets, and a stable surface for equipment setup.
Equipment Damage: Clients are responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by event attendees or venue conditions.
