Quail Meadows Banquet Facility is an ideal space for Weddings, Private Parties, Celebrations of all kinds as well as corporate events. The panoramic views of lush green landscape and water feature makes it a picturesque choice for any event. To help your special day be as wonderful as possible, we have the ability to have your wedding and reception all in one space. Our newly added bride dressing suite can hold the bride and all her attendees in one large comfortable space. Quail Meadows Banquet Facility offers a full-service bar, open floor plan, outside deck and patio, dance floor, projector, game room with pool, darts and golf simulators. Capacity for banquet seated events is 160. Adding head tables, buffet tables, dance floor and photo booth decreases seating capacity. Capacity for our game and bar area, The Covey, is 120. Perfect! - An Eventective User

We had a retirement party at The Covey bar at Quail Meadows and everything was perfect. Bridgett was amazing! The venue is perfect for a gathering of 50-60. They were very accommodating and Matt was awesome too! Bridgett and Matt both took care of us and just made it a great evening. Would definitely use them again!

Looking forward to being back on 2022 - An Eventective User from Rockford, IL

I hosted an EMDR Basic training in the fall of 2021 at Quail Meadows. We are set to have our second round this year. The site has such a nice view, accommodations were perfect for our training and the staff were great to work with. I'm looking forward to being back onsite this fall. Stephanie

Quail Meadows was so easy to work with for our Company's Winter Party. Set up and service was top notch. So much to offer to do inside when too cold to be outside. We will have another event there for sure.

Wedding reception that went off without a HITCH! The venue was perfect and the staff was wonderful. Bridget the coordinator was AMAZING! The golf outing was a BLAST! Nothing but good to say!

I had my father's celebration of life. We did our own food and drinks. We also had a continuous slide show. This place was perfect. They put up all the tables and chairs I needed. They provided the table linens. Everyone was polite and respectful.
