Terms and Conditions
Your reservation will be confirmed once we confirm the details of the event with you
and you have signed our contract. This includes a credit card authorization through which a 50% deposit
will be charged. Private event menus do not include 10% sales tax and 22% administration fee. For tax
exemption, please provide a copy of the tax-exempt certificate with the signed contract.
The final menu needs to be confirmed one week prior to the event. The final guest count needs to be
confirmed 48 hours prior to the event. If we do not receive a final guest count, the final bill will reflect
charges for the highest number of guests shown on the contract.
All cancelation requests must be made in writing. An 80% or 50% refund will be granted when the
cancellation request is received 48 or 24 hours respectively prior to the scheduled event. No refunds will be
granted if the cancellation is received on the day of the event, except for extenuating circumstances.
