Swann House offers our guests an elegant venue for intimate wedding receptions, bridal teas and private parties. The grand ambiance of Swann House is enhanced by spacious rooms with twelve foot ceilings, elaborate crown moldings, in-laid wood floors and crystal chandeliers. Our antique baby grand piano is available to create yet another layer of warmth and elegance to your event. Swann House can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 75 guests for a standing cocktail buffet and 36 guests for a seated dinner.
