The building is located between the Georgetown Waterfront Park and the famous M Street shopping corridor. Powerhouse is walking distance from world class hotels, including the Four Seasons and the Ritz-Carlton. With a modern, industrial interior, Powerhouse offers a venue with character that is able to be customized to fit the taste of each client.
The iconic Powerhouse features 30’ high ceilings, dramatic floor-to-ceiling bay windows, a mezzanine space, and a smokestack which rises through the building to a height of 150 feet, towering over the Georgetown skyline.
