Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION: Cancellations made in writing within five (5) days of the Event Date are subject to a penalty of 50% of the agreed upon food cost amount. Furthermore, if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the event, the full food cost will be charged.  By signing this contract,  {{contact.full_name}} agrees to this cancellation fee, which will be charged to the credit card number indicated below. {{contact.full_name}} may cancel or reschedule its event in writing five (5) days or more ahead of the Event Date without charge. Please note, this cancellation policy is not indicative or inclusive of the policy of outside vendors.  RESERVATION AGREEMENT: Notwithstanding anything contained to the contrary in the Agreement, {{contact.full_name}} acknowledges and agrees that it will be held liable for any and all damage to property or loss of property directly related to its use of the Venue, except where any such damage is attributable to the act, omission, gross negligence or willful misconduct of {{event.location.name}} or any of its employees, contractors, agents, representatives, or invitees. If such damage occurs {{contact.full_name}}, agrees to reimburse {{event.location.name}} immediately upon notification and receipt of reasonable evidence of its cost, and provided that {{event.location.name}} promptly notifies The Meridian Group of any claims for damages and provides _______________with the opportunity to inspect any such claimed damages. All guests in attendance must be 21 years of age or older.  The Meridian Group understands that no outside food or drink may be brought into Franklin Hall without the express consent of management. Only employees of {{event.location.name}}, or agreed upon vendors, will be allowed to work the private party covered by this Agreement. The undersigned on behalf of _______________ has the authority to enter this contract on behalf of _______________ and confirms and accepts the above arrangements and _______________ is guaranteeing its reservation with the credit card number and signature listed below. The undersigned understands that it is not obligated to use this credit card when paying the final bill at the end of the Event.
