Terms and Conditions
Deposit & Cancellation Policy: Donahue LLC requires a credit card on file to confirm the event and reserves the right to charge a 50% deposit, based on the given food and beverage minimum when the signed contract is received. Final method of payment must be received prior to the function beginning and will be applied upon guests arrival the day of the event.
Client agrees that at the time the final bill is presented that the Restaurant will split the amount due between no more than three (3) separate credit cards unless prior arrangements have been approved as follows:
Private dining reservations must be canceled five (5) calendar days prior to the reservation date to receive full reimbursement. Cancellations within four (4) calendar days will be charged 50% of minimum F & B charge. Reservations canceled within forty-eight (48) hours of the event, 100% of the minimum F & B charge will be charged, as well as tax and planner fee.
