Terms and Conditions

Deposit Deposit is non refundable. Deposit must be paid in order to reserve date. Deposit is 50% of the total due. Payment Deposit must be paid to reserve date. The remainder of payment must be made 7 calendar days before the day of the event. If more time is needed, please contact to make arrangements. Payments via check are not accepted. Cancelation Client must notify of cancelation, via email or phone call, within 48 hours of event. Payment, minus the deposit, will be refunded. Cancelation inside the 48 hour window is not eligible for refund unless cancelation is due to Act of God or an issue with the venue. Lighting and Fog Fire protection systems (fire alarms, sprinklers, smoke detectors, ect) are sensitive to fog. Therefore, the venue, or place where the event is to take place, must acknowledge and agree to the use of fog. We must receive a notification that fog is allowed via email from venue. Those who are sensitive to lighting, such as people who suffer from epilepsy, must be notified that lighting will be used at the event. This may require a posting at the door. Agreement Payment made to cover the deposit means that you have fully read, and agree, to the term listed above.
