While we have “Sample Packages” for perspective clients to review on our website, we do not have a “one package fits all” approach. This means we will happily work with you to “design” a package that provides a choice in the style of event you want and of course greater economic freedom. Our packages can be created offering “Site Only" all the way to “All-Inclusive” options. “Site Only” means you can bring in your own vendors such as caterers, DJ’s, Florist, etc. (one of a few venues to allow this) and “All Inclusive” means we provide the vendors and organize the event. You can also opt to do some things yourself and have us handle the rest, what ever works for you.... These both can be either day, one night or weekend packages utilizing either the full Plantation or just the Manor House.

Built in 1852 and registered on the National Register of Historical Places, this elegant Manor House is welcoming to all her guests. The grand front porch invites you into this unique manor house where, through the generations, many have celebrated life's special moments. Once in the home, one can see how the old and new sit side by side to create an inviting and relaxing atmosphere.

One can stroll leisurely around the ten lovely ponds, take a hike on one of the trails through the many wooded areas of the estate or just wonder down with your morning coffee to visit the charming Belted Galloway cattle who graze in the many paddocks. A visit to the old "Pony Express" Stables will provide you with a glimpse into life in the 1820's. And a visit would not be complete with out a peak into the Summer Kitchen, half of the original 1790's homestead preserved with its' historic kitchen with large fireplace and small cook's bedroom. Other original dependencies include, Smoke House, Old well, Chicken Coop, Seed shed, Work shed and of course the four-hole Out House. In addition we have added a pool, tennis court and stables.
