Located on the upper level of the Onset Bay Center, McFadden Hall overlooks the beautiful bay, catching both the sunrise and sunset through its floor-to-ceiling windows. The Onset Bay Center is run by the Buzzards Bay Coalition, a nonprofit that offers high-quality on-the-water programming for thousands of families every year. Your fee is giving back directly to our community. Recommended capacity is 100 if planning to have a seated meal, bar area, food station, and dance floor. Included in the venue rental is access to 12 x 5ft round tables and accompanying navy blue tablecloths with chairs as well as 4 x 5ft rectangular tables for food, gifts, decorations, etc. We have restrooms in the facility as well as a caterers kitchen (full fridge/freezer, lots of stainless steel counter space and shelving, no heating appliances). The hall has a built in projector and a basic set of speakers for use. The space is located on the second floor of the Onset Bay Center and has its own entrance with a wheelchair-accessible ramp. Staff will be present to open and close the center and assist with any issues that arise. Trash is to be taken away by renters. Trash bags and bathroom paper goods are provided. Vendors: No limitations on vendors and alcohol is allowed, as long as it is consumed responsibly. We welcome caterers, DJs, bartenders, independently rented tables/chairs, etc. Pricing: Wedding Ceremonies or Receptions Our wedding rates are prices based on day of the week and cover a 8-hour window of use. Monday-Thursday: $3,500 (not available during Summer) Friday-Sunday: $4,500 50% deposit due at the time of booking, remainder to be paid one month prior to the event. Set up and clean up time is to be accounted for and included in cost when booking.
