Event Coordinator --> By choosing Heritage Financial Park, you will have an event coordinator dedicated to you to assist in the planning, execution, and clean-up of your occasion. Your event coordinator will meet with you at least once before your event and stay on-site for the duration of your event.
Equipment Services --> All reservations have access to all stadium equipment including chairs, tables, tents, cones, and more, at no extra cost.
Customizable Space --> Inside and outside spaces can be rearranged and placed to your standards. Let your event coordinator know your vision and we will make it come to life. Whether that’s cones in one of our large, paved lots or a conference-style set-up, our operations staff will work to make your layout just right.
Media Capabilities --> No need to bring your speakers or projectors from home. Customers have free access to our media inventory with any reservation including Bluetooth Speakers, Microphones and TVs. We have a 96" monitor on the wall that can be used for presentations/displays/etc. There is also going other monitors hanging from the soffits inside the Lounge.
On-Site Catering --> Events held in Heritage Financial Park have the opportunity to purchase catering for their event through our in-house catering service, Pro Sports Catering. All menus are customizable to fit your theme, season, and occasion.
No outside catering is allowed unless given explicit permission from our in-house caterer.

All photography packages are set prices for a one-hour session in the space of your choice.
