The Venue is available to rent on a daily basis. Daily rental is for 12 hours on the day of event. Event can start at any time. All events must be done by 12 a.m. Additional hours can be added if more than 12 hours are needed on the day of the event. Evening Before Rental Add-On: $850 The Venue may be rented the evening before the day of the event from 5-10 p.m. for rehearsals, dinners, or set up. This option also allows earlier access to The Venue on the day of the event at no extra charge giving you a lot more hours.

The Venue can be rented by the hour for smaller events with a 100 guests or less. A three-hour minimum is required. Time frame includes your set up and clean up. This option includes the use of the main inside venue area and outside patio and surrounding area, use of needed tables and chairs, use of caterer's kitchen and use of audio/visual equipment. All events must end by 12 a.m.
