A deposit of at least 20% is required to reserve your date. Outstanding balances must be made within 7 calendar days before the date of the party. Private parties must be cancelled within 7 calendar days before the date of the party to receive a partial refund. Private parties must be cancelled within 14 calendar days to receive a full refund.
Guests participating in pony rides must wear closed toe shoes and sign liability waivers. Guests under 18 years old must wear helmets (we will provide).
A cleaning fee of $200 will be added to the reservation's credit card on file if an excessive amount of waste is left over from the party (does not include waste that is contained and placed in trash bags).
A damage fee of $200 - $800 will be added to the reservation's credit card on file if any rental items included in the reservation are left inoperative or inordinately damaged.
Would you like to ride down the aisle on horseback? This is an add-on specifically for weddings held at The Point. There is an additional $700 fee for this service, and it includes two horseback riding lessons at North Shore Stables and one rehearsal to prepare for the big day!

Hosting a wedding at The Point at Waialua Beach costs $80 per guest, and includes the use of our rustic in-house bar & two sinks (alcohol not included), two large white wedding tents, 4-stall elevated and air-conditioned bathrooms, wooden picnic tables, and lighting.
We also have other add-ons available for couple who are interested, including: a stage, dance floor, sound system, mini 3-horse carousels, bouncy houses, and more. Please inquire within if you are interested in add-ons.
